Meet our Founder and Lead Coach Moritz Drerup
Entrepreneur, Career Coach, and Experienced Executive
As an entrepreneur and career coach, Moritz leads our Career Advisory Program. After completing his Master’s in International Business at Maastricht University and Carlos III University of Madrid, Moritz began his professional career in the “IBM Strategy & Change” consultancy. He then held leadership positions at Netrada/Arvato and PayPal before founding 42matches in 2015, a company specializing in the placement of IT professionals and executives.
Certified as a Business Coach by the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy in Berlin and holding a Master’s in Modern Leadership from the TAM Academy, Moritz is active in the IHK Berlin’s skilled workers working group and as an expert in the Techfounders program at the Technical University of Munich.
Additionally, Moritz teaches Organizational Behaviour at the Hamburg School of Business Administration.
For personal balance, Moritz enjoys running and sailing with his old Folkboat and lives with his family in Hamburg, near the Elbe.
With his extensive experience and continuous education, Moritz contributes to the development of professionals and executives, helping them to successfully find career fulfillment.
